Interesting. Seems sometimes violence solves issues dialogue cant solve.
Oh well, explains why indonesias president couldnt make it for SCO and september celebrations.

SCO laid out a 10-year development plan at the Tianjin summit. Pretty skeptical myself, but the organization has delivered some diplomatic wins recently so we'll see if they can keep it up.

(SCO) has adopted a 10-year strategy aimed at advancing a multipolar world, according to Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi. The strategy comes at a time when the regional bloc, in a joint declaration, has acknowledged that escalating geopolitical tensions pose an increasing threat to its security. Speaking to reporters after a summit on Monday, Wang said that the SCO Development Strategy until 2035 had “set the tone and a clear direction” for the decade to come, holding this up as one of the most important outcomes from the gathering.

They successfully achieved quietly the "Made in China 2025" since the plan was laid up in 2015. The Sept 3rd parade is part of the "Made in China 2025", among other achievement.

China has confidence in itself, though it could be a different story for other members of SCO. Your skeptical view may be right.
