ULA just had a successful liftoff of the Vulcan rocket with four solid rocket boosters carrying a Space Force payload. Everything looks to be nominal so far.

At this point? Who knows? Maybe it will explode on the pad during test runs? Or maybe it will explode during launch? Or maybe you get a successful launch and stage separation but both first and second stage fail at some point... or just maybe you get the Holy Grail and the whole thing works without a hitch.
Should be coming from Chinese SOEs. They have the best missile tech so should have no problem developing reusable rockets. Its sad they completely missed developing reusable rockets for the last 15 years and only now startingAbout damn time. SpaceX needs competition.
