Apparently they are playing it safe this time, so all stuff displayed is in service, fully operational and in production. Hence alot of the "cooler" stuff was not shown.

Hopefully no more GJ-11 cases where it was delivered to the PLAAF by the time of the parade but stayed in OT&E hell for years afterward. Personally I feel like GJ-11 should have laid the stepping stone for high autonomy drones hence everything afterward could use the general architecture of the software/training, speeding up induction of newer CCAs.

I know I'm most likely again the one ruining the party, but I won't trust that statement at all! At least I don't think that all so far seen six CCA/UCAVs are "fully operational and in production"!

There are many ucav because each one will serve a different purpose. I am expecting a j16 EW version of cca, mini kj3000 cca, WL 3 cca, wz7 CCA. They will use existing tech to produce these.
I'm pretty sure that Chuahuahui episode mentioned there is not much in common(role?) with these drones and they service different branches of the PLA.

Yankee: The YJ-18C has been put into previous large-scale training. YJ-18C is called C because it will replace the 18B which has been in production for nearly 10 years but has never been made public.

wow
Will YJ-18C be backward compatible with original YJ-18 slanted launch canisters? It'll be nice to upgrade all the 054s/056s to have these stealth missiles.

There are no (ship-based) slanted launch canisters for the original YJ-18 to begin with. The YJ-18 is either UVLS cell-launched (from DDGs) or torpedo tube-launched (from SSNs).
