Deadly accident by an illegal immigrant trucker in America.

The trucker was an illegal immigrant. Yet he somehow got a commercial vehicle license and was employed by a trucking company. He made an illegal U-turn on a freeway with his semi truck and killed 3 people.

His village in India thinks that his possible 45-year jail sentence is too harsh.

Villagers in Rataul have also expressed support, saying the crash was not intentional. “Though it was his mistake to make a U-turn, he should not be awarded any harsh punishment, otherwise his entire life gets ruined,” one villager was quoted as sayin to news agency PTI. Another added, “It was his bad luck that such an accident took place.”
It was reckless driving that had resulted in deaths. Maybe in India, this is not such a big deal. But in America, lives are not as cheap.

And stop with the stupid comments that Russia has an economy the size of Spain. Their GDP PPP is 4th in the world similar to Japan.

It is just ridiculous on its face to compare both economies. Try comparing electricity consumption or steel production.
Russia has 70% of US natural gas consumption, 33% of electric consumption with far less air conditioning and far more public holidays. they have muslim holidays in many republics. I estimate its standard of living is above Western EU.
Next year maybe the interest rates will come down in Russia and consumer spending will increase again. But to really increase exports to Russia, China would need to increase imports of natural gas, oil, or whatever.
It is not related to China. Russia want maximum import substitution, restructure its economy domestically, enhance People interaction with countries exhibiting traditional values (this assumes tourist development in length and breadth of country ).
Putin himself said either follow traditional values or cease to exist. violation of certain traditional values is death if you look at that religion. This Azerbaijan conflict is public example of implementing it. alot of people deported, striped of citizenship, markets closed and some killed. let them come to meeting. Economy and Plane shot down secondary.

The problem with them is that some license truckers school will pass these semi-literate/illiterate ,unskilled, negligent fools en masse-like many indian run trucking schools in Brampton,-about 7 years ago a Saskatchewan hockey team was mostly wiped out(15 dead) by a sikh truck driver ,many dump truck accidents where the bed was up and they slam into a bridge was driven by indians etc,I've noticed many of them are constantly on their phones while driving-despite it being illegal./dangerous-this news is no surprise. The indian nepotism kills and destroys-many tech companies as they find out their "engineers/technicians/managers " are all fraudulent but it's too late as the management higher ups are Gangetic and gangrenous. I am not a Trump fan but if he reviews these many indian fraudulent visas and kicks them out-it's a start in the right direction.

Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) chief of staff Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr. on Friday said the military remains on guard at Ayungin (Second Thomas) Shoal, warning that the death of a Filipino would constitute a “red line” in the face of heightened Chinese presence.

“They’re still there. We are continuously monitoring their activities,” Brawner told reporters in Makati City, referring to Chinese vessels lingering near the grounded BRP Sierra Madre. “Our guidance to our troops is maximum tolerance and to still observe the rule of law. Let China violate international law. As long as we’re here, we will remain in our post.”
Asked what would trigger a stronger response, Brawner pointed to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s earlier directive: “If someone dies, a Filipino, that is the red line.”
Brawner also said his orders were clear in the event of an attempted boarding of the Sierra Madre: “We will prevent them from doing so. By boarding our ship, it’s like coming into our territory. Under the rules of engagement, we will apply the appropriate force, considering the situation.”
“The symbolism of BRP Sierra Madre is that we are asserting our right to our exclusive economic zone,” he said. “Even if we are just on rubber boats against bigger ships, we will continue to push them outward because we won’t allow them to get close.”

The AFP chief said the situation remains tense but has not escalated into violent clashes. No additional troops have been deployed so far, with the military awaiting guidance from the National Task Force on the West Philippine Sea.
(Allegedly it has been around 3months since the last resupply of PH side to the Sierra Madre ship. Also that more ships from CN side is stationed there)

A software developer has been sentenced to four years in prison for sabotaging his ex-employer's Windows network with custom malware and a kill switch that locked out employees when his account was disabled.
Davis Lu, 55, a Chinese national living legally in Houston, worked for an Ohio-based company, reportedly Eaton Corporation, from 2007 until his termination in 2019.
After a corporate restructuring and subsequent demotion in 2018, the

that Lu retaliated by embedding malicious code throughout the company's Windows production environment.
The malicious code included an infinite Java thread loop designed to overwhelm servers and crash production systems.
Lu also created a kill switch named "IsDLEnabledinAD" ("Is Davis Lu enabled in Active Directory") that would automatically lock all users out of their accounts if his account was disabled in Active Directory.
When his employment was terminated on September 9, 2019, and his account disabled, the kill switch activated, causing thousands of users to be locked out of their systems.
They need to hire this guy to install the Nvidia kill switches for H20.

"isGPSlocationInChina" and "isChinaRealBadWar" that if both true, it would automatically trigger a runaway circular loop that would overheat and shutdown the system.

Lucky for MSS, it would be detected early on because it's too obvious. Better yet, just softban H20 trojan outright.

India is not rational.

Nothing anyone can say will make me believe otherwise.
Au contraire. India is rational. You can take everything they do and see the purpose and the logic for why they do it.

No, I'd say that while India is incredibly self-serving, they're decently rational about trying to achieve their goals. What you're catching on to is that they're dumb. Generally, when India tackles a foreign policy problem, they only see one solution - always do whatever will aggrandize the BJP and India the most, and they never make any calculations about how their actions will affect other countries.

I noticed no one is reporting this. Where's Reddit and their constant yapping about Taiwan Good, China bad? Bunch of cowards constantly talking before this but don't have the balls to remain after the results. Thats why I don't pay attention as much these days to such commentators coz they are simply cheerleaders with no real stake at hand.
Just like how India is only important as a counterweight against China, there's no point in reporting on anything about Taiwan unless it can be framed as a anti-China piece. Western media (organizations and otherwise) are much more focused on narratives than they are on facts.

A broken up India is a no longer a threat, cause they will mostly fight amongst themselves. Even if one portion is hostile, China's overwhelming military power will keep them inline.
The main problem with a broken up India is that instead of one nuclear-armed power, we end up with many nuclear-armed powers. India by itself is pretty predictable, and despite its numerous border clashes and short wars, we can be confident that these nuclear weapons will never be used. With multiple smaller nations, this is much less certain and the chance of nuclear conflict becomes much higher.
