Miscellaneous News

The Korean people have cultural heritage. But theirs is very closely intertwined with the Chinese. The South Korean nationalists see themselves as some kind of superior race above the Chinese.
Korean ultra-nationalists cannot accept that their entire culutural heritage is derived from Chinese culture. Their belief that the Korean race has been a pure race for 5000 years stems from denial of the fact that the Korean people are descendants of multiple waves of refugees from China conquering and mixing with the native primitive tribes that inhabited the Korean peninsula. Korean claims that their ancestors invented Chinese culture is technically true only because their ancestors were ancient Chinese.

Dead to Rights (南京照相馆) is going to screen overseas.

The film has already opened in Macao and is scheduled for release in Hong Kong this August. It is also set to roll out in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Malaysia, and Singapore throughout the course of the month. Preparations are also underway for its release in several other countries, including Russia, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France.
Since its coming to Malaysia, I'm going to watch it. I hope the censorship don't erase the graphic scenes. That'll be an injustice to the message of the film. I have watched another movie about the Nanjing Massacre before, so I know how heavy this film can get.

Too bad it won't screen in Japan. They are just so predictable.

You have now opened the door to next level Korean Nationalism (based on what you're saying)…
Sun Yat Sen had Korean heritage, therefore KMT is Korean, Taiwan is an inalienable part of Greater Korea…

B-version
Mao, Zhou, Sun were all Korean. 漢人 is in fact derived from 韓人(한인), therefore all of China is properly Korea.
