Even if it was true 6.4% during prime growth phase is rather lousy. During this period, China had double digit growth for multiple years. The fact that India is only 1.6% higher than China which is almost reached developed country status shows real underperformance.That's a given BUT India at 6.4%? maybe both were using the Vedic System to arrived to such conclusion.
