I kinda get why the KMT was a dictatorship now.

Despite them claiming to love democracy, they really suck ass at it. They don't know how to win in politics on the democracy stage and are getting outmaneuvered. Can't even beat some DPP local rivals and they dare say they represent all of China.

There's something wrong with their mentality and approach. It's why they lost to both the communists and now the DPP despite having all the advantages at the start.

I mean the KMT was never really a unified party but rather a loose coalition of warlords and factions all fighting for power with the CCP being one of those factions whitin the KMT as well as Wang Jin Wei being another.
