I was very interested to hear at the beginning of the conflict, that the US was evacuating many of their bases in close proximity to Iran in the region. Does anyone have credible information on the degree of evacuation?
The other question of course is whether these bases will be reoccupied (or force levels restored) or whether they will simply be quietly left empty or reduced.

Iran still hasn't banned all of Meta's services. They are just asking for trouble at this point.
American Jew owned Meta is known to work hand in glove with the US government. And then there is their Ukrainian Jew WhatsApp subsidiary.
In Russia these malignant services have been filtered out.
All internet traffic is traceable just make sure everything is being logged for processing later, most dissident would want to contact their handler(s) right now, either to update, ask for exits or get paid etc.

This is where low earth orbit satellite networks like Starlink become dangerous especially once phones can directly communicate with those satellites, you can't log the traffic anymore. Better start studying up on how to scramble Starlink signals in moment of battle.

If starlink continue on this way at a future point a country start to shoot down the satelites.

Oh, well, Iran has anti satelite capacity. After hitting 100 satelite the debris will terminate all remaining sat on low earth orbit.

I think Musk has to re-think his strategy.
In few years time the Russians and other countries will start to make similar constellations.

I am sure the USA and Israel will be happy to see Russian sat entwork controlled drones flyin around.

It is a gamling addict behaviour. Without any game theory math calculation.
Doubling down, doesn't matter what they bet, USA/Israel / controling elite sure they will win at the end, and win back everything that they bet.

And after a wehile they haven't got other choice, becasue if they stop the game they will be bankrupt immedietly.
In Iran they throw under the bus:
-Thrustworhiness of Israel of its international and internal commitments and laws.
-Thrustworhiness of USA of its international and internal commitments and laws.
-IAEA independence
- nuclear weapons prolifilation
-Thrust in USA internal laws, example whom can start a war.

And lot of other things, hard to count. Including the image of the USa weapons and insdustrial capacities.

From what i gathered each starlink satellite costs like 1mill in total cost so manufacturing and launching. How much does it costs to take down hundreds if not thousands of satellites? Not sure how much an anti satellite missile will cost and how fast they can be made, it might just be that the starlink network is indestructible due to the asymmetric cost and redeployment time of the satellites by Space X.

He must really hate the regime and Iran if he’s willing to do this for no pay
There are always folk like that yeah, and you know I am gonna stop calling Iran's government 'regime', their civil government is very independent to make decisions, they get elected into parliament for 4 years too, Sure there are suppression problems by IRGC but nothing new. Hell it happens in america too

They were official news reports of US evacuating bases nearly all nearby bases (except one in KSA), they left 'essential' people behind but then they evacuated those too, Sat photos later showed them empty too. Even Bahrain's port ships were told to leave.
And who knows by when they will be reoccupied, looking at KSA prince sultan airbase i think they moved most of their assets to this one.
