An illustration on the Tianwen-3 Mars sample return mission, which shows a drone with a robotic arm to grab soils samples from Martian surface. This is highly probably for illustration purposes only and does not represent the looks and design of the actual drone (I can't imagine the robotic arm would be so oversized in proportion to the drone).

China has just broken ground on two telescopes for observing the Solar system: one is a 4.2m-diameter astrometry telescope, and the other is a 2.5m-diameter general purpose telescope with laser ranging. They are located at the Lenghu Astronomical Observatory in Qinghai. Once finished in 2027, the two telescopes will work together to precisely track large celestial bodies in the Solar system.

More information on the upcoming Jielong-4 (SD-4) solid fuel launch vehicle. It has a diameter of 3.5m and a fairing diameter of 4.2m. Capacity to SSO is more than 4 tons. It is capable of being launched from sea using a semi-submersible launch platform.

Will they build another sea platform, or will they use the existing ones (HOS-1)?

I don't know. The illustration does show a platform that differs quite a bit from the HOS-1, with a gantry crane over an opening to accommodate a loading ship. If that's the design they're going for, they will need a new platform.
