Positioning of the planes and the wings swept all the way to the storage position would imply these might not be operational aircrafts.

As a matter of fact, these seem to have been sitting on that same spot for a while a now according to google earth

It looks like it was hit with small bomb. Probably launched from a small dron which was launched from Iranian space

It does provide munition to keep up "air superiority" narrative, though. Most people can't probably tell if they are operational or not

The Hermes 450 has only 300 km range. If it is flying over Tehran it was likely launched inside Iran itself. Or at best from the Caspian Sea. Unless they are sending these on one way missions or something.

If your definition of international is the western empire then don't expect much. But everyone else in the world will likely condemn heavily.
