No, not at all. In Syria, they came in and started killing the Alawites and everyone there just didn't care enough to not get invaded. They are not heros that uplifted the nation from foreign-created disaster. To qualify for my example, the enemies of the country that caused the damage will strongly regret creating the oppertunity for this new wholesome government to arise.
