Plane crashed into a Medical college hostel, many UG doctors are feared killed in that tragedy. Again Boeing.

A few observations from the first clip.
No smoke from engines - so unlikely a bird strike or catastrophic failure.
Landing gear was down - unusual at that stage of flight as landing gear is usually retracted early on, like 10 secs after the rotate call is made.
No flaps extended - unusual again at that stage of flight when max lift is needed.
BTW, the crashed 787 was equipped with GE engines, so not the troubled RR Trent 1000.
Literally every you said is the opposite of facts, the flaps were down and what seems like the RAT was extended. It is likely that this aircraft suffered a dual engine failure or major electrical issue right after takeoff.
Landing gear was down, agree?
Flaps were difficult to see from the clip posted, so I stand corrected. Looks like your photo is from a different source.
No smoke from engines, so I stand by my assertion that no bird strike or catastrophic failure.
Agree that it's likely both engines were not producing enough power for some reasons.

This is honestly sickening, these are innocent civilian lives lost. Not to mention the aircraft supposedly crashed into a medical school hostel potentially causing ground casualties.

Plenty of Pakistani netizens have expressed their sympathies over the loss of Air India 171, but when you're a country of ~250 million, there will inevitably be people celebrating when they shouldn't be.
