according to the naming regulation issued by 2012.10.1,
z for armored, L for wheeled, T for "Tuji"(assult gun type). you are right. Althought the regulation is still classified, there are some mix uses here and there in different media sources.

the problem here forZTL/ZTL is not the chassis is almost the same as zbd-08, this is because the type-11 was developed from ZBD-08 and finalized for ready to service in 2011. The main PROBLEM I recognize here is the ZTL also means amphibious tank. lol, so maybe I am wrong, ZLT-19 is fine.
I'd also be willing to bet good money on ZLT11. I can't 110% prove it, but I'd be willing to bet good money on the name ZLT11 because it fits with all the other stuff they've been doing.

Retractable mast with optronic system and millimeter-wave radar, this is a reconnaissance vehicle based on the ZSL-10. Millimeter-wave radar was taken down and placed behind the mast.

This reconnaissance mast is unique in that the recon devices are not rigidly connected to each other. They can be tilted independently and can also be removed for use by infantry separately.v2-7eb1eea4e2d3cf65503f5f45406b4248_1440w.jpg

An amphibious vehicle with what appears to be a motorized clamshell hatch on top. Possibly an ATGM, precision missile, or even a drone carrier: payloads are mounted on a retractable platform stowed within the hall, to be raised to outside the hull when firing.

They seem to have air pipes in their helmets. Is that indicating they are welding in special atmosphere mix, meaning the new airborne IFV is titanium-hulled?

No, they're respirator tubes to protect welders from toxic fumes. If they had a controlled atmosphere, the welders would be in a special chamber with the hull, not in an unnecessarily large, open factory building that's next to impossible to properly seal off.
