What is this? Looks like a Sino-Boxer, capable of mounting mission modules.

Here's an illustration from an unknown paper, which appears to depict this mystery IFV:

Maybe it's for competing in Algeria against the German boxer from rheinmetall

Algeria is planning to locally manufacture The Boxer, but the program it's facing a delay (from 2019)

(Picture from the Algerian factory)

According to a very reliable source (Sada Armies page), The test results of the boxer shows a very High-end performance and has greatly impressed the military, According to the same source the military is very insisting on it

but the problem it's too expensive! 15 million dollar in the British contract without a turret! and 24 million dollar in the Australian contract

China can provide a very reliable copy with fourth the price

I am not sure even though this is a quiet sound explanation. Questions in my mind are if the video/photo is not mirrored, then the whole hull is mirrored from the original design of Boxer. All the systems, including the MTU powerpack, filter system, driving system under the EXACT SAME upper hatch and armor plates, are mirrored. Is this even possible? Unless the Algeria factory somehow got the mirrored parts to assemble the boxer in their factory and then provided to China to copy it, I don't think it is an easy job integrating all those systems while keeping all outfits look exact the same as original boxer(mirrored) (besides the front lights maybe..)

BTW where is the oringal video post? any source link?

Simply:
1/ Algeria tested the boxer
2/ Algeria really liked the boxer
3/ the Boxer is too expensive!

4/ Algeria still want the boxer but it's too expensive

conclusion:

MAYBE Algeria went with a Chinese Boxer alternative
