Western Powers - How to Commit Suicide with 1 Simple Trick.
What in their brains makes them think anything is different from when Trump blinked with his tariffs on China? Same thing is going to happen for the same reasons. Then you just had the G7 talk about coordinating on tariffing China? They're in the same sinking boat as the US. Are they going to kid themselves that all the cheap stuff they get from stores are made by European artisans like their luxury brands? Maybe they more believe it for the cheap stuff.

Thank fuck I am not living in that silly nation. Putting tariffs like that will incentivize people into wanting to sell phone else where that doesn’t try to punish them for trading with them. This moron is never going to get any company to want to move its production to the USA no matter how hard he tries, especially when there is no upside to such a deal at all. If he wants to turn the USA in a pariah like the dumb bunny that he is, he is welcome to invite suffering on himself with interest

I hope the EU feels the some pain from their poor foreign policy choices they've made in the past few years and are currently making, they don't seem to be showing any charitability to China at the moment either with the recent trade talks stalling.

China should focus on the rest of the world in terms of trade, it's hard to shift the EU's mentality right now, especially with their foreign minister saying they don't "understand why China is materially supporting Russia" (the answer should be rather obvious why they are) and claiming that this is impeding trade talks.
Well, China is indeed focusing on the Global South:
The China-ASEAN Free Trade Area is one of the largest free trade zones in the world, covering a population of more than 2 billion and a combined GDP of over $22 trillion. Since its establishment in 2010, the CAFTA has greatly facilitated trade and investment between China and the 10 members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, reducing or eliminating tariffs on over 90 percent of goods.

The upgrade to the CAFTA 3.0 signifies a deeper commitment to regional economic integration and cooperation, which is why the Chinese Commerce Ministry hailed it as representing "a landmark achievement in jointly upholding and advancing free trade" in a statement on Wednesday announcing the full conclusion of negotiations for version 3.0 of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. The upgraded CAFTA has nine new chapters, including those on the digital economy, the green economy, supply chain connectivity, standard technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures.

Meanwhile, LMAO:

The UK has become such a sh*thole? What might derail it further I wonder?

Its a funny thing, anybody who's a resident of California would know the wave of Chinese that arrived around the 2000-2015 timeframe, mostly consisted of two types. 1. Millionaires who needed a place to park their money. 2. Educated professionals starting families and boiling their entire life in the West down to one and only one purpose, getting their kids into an Ivy League school. I wonder how the latter feels now with all of Trump's assaults on education that their bet has essentially gone bust?

Its not something you can fix with a new administration. Germany in the late 1800s to early 1900s was the place to study math and science, not just in Europe but the whole world. After a series of unfortunate decisions made by their political leaders, today German universities are mostly just good enough technical colleges, while the mantle of true higher education passed onto the Anglosphere and Switzerland. Imagine removing yourself from your homeland to an unfamiliar climate, for the sake of your child's education, and all that awaits their hardwork, is a just good enough technical college.

That is what the American blacks call it.

Gaming the system.

Sometimes you win. Sometimes you can lose.

The key to better working conditions is to move up the value ladder (precisely the thing that the West is trying to prevent China from doing). The system was setup to benefit the rich and to allow capitalist elites (particularly Western elites) to abuse the labor of other countries while keeping them poor. You can't just "legislate" away this inequity because it is built into global trade - 90% of the world competing for 10% of the scraps.

Ironically, it's why it's so difficult for the US to get manufacturing back, despite Trump's best efforts. They're choking on the very system they built and there's no way to change it without giving up their wealth & privilege, which obviously, they refuse to do.

Yeah, exactly. That is what is going on.

Still, there is a big mystery for me.

Why do not more people realize the blatant facts of the matter, when it is very well documented, researched, experienced first hand by everyone who has lived long enough, and finally staring us right in the face?

But no.

MAGA communism is the answer!

Overcapacity by that other country! Fairness!

Salute!

They want China to go against Russia only for them to go back to their containment policy after the dust is settled. They are morons if they think China is that stupid.

I think they are that desperate.

People have different cultures.

Strategic culture for China, when faced with a lost that could annihilate the army, trade land for time to regroup. China was big enough to do that, so that is what people did in China.

Europe is different. Once they get going, then they know no end until the end comes.

Right now, they seemed trapped on the path they are on, and have no choice but to fight to the end in their minds.

For what?

Who knows. But they will rationalized it in their minds.

Good.

Better that way for China, frankly speaking.

Seems Tom Shugart has concluded that NK is learning from China in terms of military shipbuilding accidents and cover-ups.

Sometimes I find that if nothing else, the lack of imagination by anglo propagandists always gives themselves away......

Canadians massacre indigenous children in boarding school -- Chinese boarding school in Xizang is concentration camp
Americans force black people to pick cotton -- Chinese must be using slaves in Xinjiang to pick cotton
US Navy sunk its nuclear submarine in SCS -- Chinese must sunk their submarines in Taiwan Strait or Wuhan dockyard
US is using Cisco/Intel...... to spy the world -- Huawei must have backdoors for Chinese government
