you mean SiCarrier surprise entry into SME equipment.. today they released entire supply line of semi tools except Lithography.. 30+ different tools from PVD, CVD, ALD, RTP, EPI, Etchers + inspection equipment, measurement products , Metrology , ion , detection products. they also give hint about Lithography.

just in one shot they cover entire supply chain.. WHATTTTT

New breakthrough! Zhuhai enterprise's first ultra-high-performance storage-computing integrated AI chip was successfully taped out!​


Recently, Zhuhai Haoze Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haoze Technology") announced that its first self-developed ultra-high-performance storage and computing integrated AI chip VVT300 has been successfully taped out . This breakthrough has opened up a new path for the commercial application of its AI chips.​

Chip tape-out is a key step in semiconductor design and manufacturing, marking the transition of chip design from the theoretical stage to the actual production stage . It is understood that the VVT300 chip is an innovative product created by Haoze Technology based on its self-developed "Bai Ze" storage and computing integrated architecture. The chip breaks through the limitations of the traditional von Neumann architecture, adopts SRAM storage media and distributed computing unit design, and realizes high-efficiency storage and computing integration. Actual measured data shows that the AI computing power energy efficiency ratio of the VVT300 chip has exceeded 20Tops/W, the system power consumption has been reduced by more than 40%, and the delay has been reduced by 10 times. This outstanding performance not only lays a solid foundation for the large-scale commercialization of storage and computing technology, but also further consolidates Haoze Technology's leading position in the field of AI chips.

South Korea’s hydrogen fluoride import market has changed drastically since Japanese Government has implemented semiconductor material export restrictions. While the amount of hydrogen fluoride imported from Japan has reduced rapidly, the amount of hydrogen fluoride imported from China has increased significantly. China is able to produce high-purity hydrogen fluoride as it is able to actively produce anhydrous hydrofluoric acid, which is one of raw materials of hydrogen fluoride. As a result, some predict that Chinese companies will be able to gain the leadership within the semiconductor material market over Japanese companies. South Korean semiconductor companies such as Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix are making various efforts to diversify suppliers of semiconductor materials while increasing the amount of collaboration with South Korean semiconductor material manufacturers.

Sicarrier is Huawei , so it complete the product line for the worst scenario and you could not see any news before. And SZ gov put money into it split to a separate company. Many tools on this show has already in production line. For litho, just wait and see ...

I am more inclined to believe a company when they have actual mechanical parts on display rather than ppts and posters only.
