These people need to just give it a rest, it's becoming embarrassing. Stop telling people what system they need to adopt, drop your colonial attitude towards others, live and let live. They are unbearable.

China has done well for itself, it had grown to be the number 2 economy (number one if you go by some measures), and the most traded nation in the world leading in many fields and yet these people keep talking about political systems. Ask them how democracy worked for Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya.

It's also rich coming from Europeans who has zero presence in any new technological field younger than 30 years.

What did they think would happen? Today we have easy access to the internet so we would known roughly why this is a bad diea. I don't even think the 75 IQ average is an excuse because I am sure even countries in similar ranges don't think like that.

Always funny when westerners want to put together their economies to dethrone China from the psychologically important (but practically meaningless) no1 gdp spot.

Okay, I accept it if you say the west is one household and therefore one economy, together you do indeed have higher gdp. But since you're one household, then that should mean what is yours (Greenland for example?) is also America's? Westerners claim NATO is so close they should be counted as one country, but if Trump is like lips to the Europeans' teeth, then why are euros flapping their gums about MAGA?

At this point, it's probably more prudent to count Russia and China as one economy than to count NATO as one.
