The YF-100K is an uprated variant of the YF-100. Is the YF-100K used on the LM-10 any different from the YF-100K used on the LM-12?It's an uprated variant for the upcoming Long March 10 moon rocket.

It should be YF100-J, J gimbals at one X direction. K gimbals at two X&Y directions.LM-12 uses the YF-100L variant. As far as I know, the major difference between it and the YF-100K is that the latter is gimbaled. There might be other differences, but I don't know the specifics.
There are also some upgrades to the second stage rocket, i.e. the section material, and the fuel tank design.this scheme has been published many times
More detailed information on the manned lunar rover project. After two rounds of expert assessment of various submitted proposals, two designs have been chosen for prototype development. One is being developed by Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology (SAST) and the other by a subsidiary of CASC. The two prototypes will be pitted again each other, and the winner will be sent to the moon. China Manned Space Agency is now soliciting the public for names for the manned rover.
