From what I understand, methanol isn’t very good for cold-starts, and it also produces more wear on the engine through chemical reactions. I’m curious as to what they did to make this reliable enough for consumers.probably similar amount.
Geely is very interesting here, they are getting into methanol PHEVs. I'm not sure what the demand for this is since you need methanol refueling stations, but they are going there.
