Not needed you will probably see western influencers be instructed to get on instagram reels only etc. Hoping their followers will follow, i wouldn't be surprised this will mostly work for western market. But globally i don't think it will work out that well given a lot of people have more regional influencers to follow.
No because Bytedance is not allowed to sell TikTok or spin off or whatever. It's either the law is stuck down or TikTok is banned from the US. No other option is possible
