More likely some American doing degenerate destructive act like creating a homemade electronic jammer to troll the event. Having lived in many places in the us and "hung" around town/cities alot, it is very hard to have "nice" things in the US to not be ruined in some way.

And the Russians are partially losing by securing only 17% of the territory and failing in most of their objectives.

Or both may claim partial victory or partial defeat. This is essentially inconclusive.

from where these percentages coming? i havent seen objective evidence of fire control since Ukraine lacks air mobility for troops movement. how much percentage of Syria was occupied by Israel when it started bombing in 2012 .Israel did not touch Assad. Last time Putin went to Israel he brought 4 transport planes. so i presume he is learning things.

how is Ukraine winning most of objectives?. Ukraine only receives some verbal support from Israel and but that is more Israel signaling to distract europe. Ukraine has lost its Jewish population. imagine rest of population if Ukranian Jews can raise Israel HIV incidence. I presume Russia has similar problem. and this coincide with Putin statement that even lower quality Jew can control much larger orthodox population.

Halon's razor, it's just Americans being Americans. Banning drones hurts American drone industry far more than DJI.
Orlando is most likely someone with a jammer, probably GPS, only way to explain multiple failures at same time.
Probably related to the recent drone fear campaign.
Although the out of control after jamming is probably thanks to American quality software for failsafe behaviour
