It seemed like an open target and bad location pick. I see it differently. haha. Due to proximity, it will entice energy demand from Taiwan and also easier power supply to Taiwan after re-unification. Taiwanese may drools. I think Taiwanese with be scared if that nuclear plant breaks down and spillover to their water. you know that Chinese quite sensitive about radiation and contamination etc. Indirectly they may want to avoid any attack in that area ; which may not be possible since it is directly opposite.
