A C movie production or even a D, that kind of scenario especially an aircraft hovering and delivering its payload is so cartoonist. Another give away is that the Carrier should be maneuvering not stationary as the video implies.

Its way too expensive to be Active and internal demographics not allow extended conflicts. You can already see it when China favored wealthy UAE over Iran (SCO which has Shanghai in name) by making islands disputed.
People blame Japan decline from late 80s on US but it has nothing to do with US. certain societies cannot manage wealth beyond certain point. These Gulf Arabs know more than what they publish.
