Somehow, words are literally failing me with this… thing that is called a president. Genocide is a strong word. The scale of civilian deaths resulting from indiscriminate attacks by Israel without regard for collateral damage is appalling and should be considered a war crime. Based on available evidence, it seems highly probable that direct reprisals against civilians has also been perpetuated by Israel, resulting in further loss of life among civilians. Israel has definitely committed war crimes and the international community should continue to pressure Israel to cease immediately. But I don't think Israel's crimes can be considered genocide, and labeling it as such is counterproductive and distracts from the real issues.

The minimum to justify a State is a Civilized state: to recognize the population as Citizens.
The Zionist regime founded (1917-) by violent Ukrainian, Polish, Lithuanian and Byelorussian emigrants is pure Barbarism
has a good part of the local population in ghettos without civil rights and under military domination by artillery and aviation to make clear who is the dominant people (The "HerrenVolk") and who is the subjected population.
The ghettos of course have autonomous administration as the Warsaw ghetto had autonomous administration.
