unless they're timing ballistic missiles to arrive at the same time as the first wave [to overwhelm air defenses], it's going to be pretty easy picking for allied forces tbh
Quicker to send suicide bombers on foot than these UAVs almost. Probably with a higher chance of success, too.

No. Iran annouced the attack on their own TV channels according to Al Jazeera (though IDF did it first). There's no backing out now. They have to inflict some damage or their military's effectiveness will be questionned. Let's see how this evolves. The reports of this Iranian attack are emanating from Israel only. IDF said Iran launched drones and they will arrive in hours. Not Iran or anybody else. Western MSM outlets are just copy/pasting IDF reports.
Al Jazeera is fake news propaganda just FYI. They were all in on the Xinjiang genocide fiction.according to Al Jazeera
PressTV.ir has reported it as well, citing Iranian commanders.Al Jazeera is fake news propaganda just FYI. They were all in on the Xinjiang genocide fiction.
Apparently, the attacks are coming from 3 directions simultaneously: Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, and Iran.Hezbollah should do a simultaneous rocket strike to help saturate AD
I think the waves of drones are used to wear out air defense. Cruise and ballistic missiles will come later.

why would US care about friendly government or some pipeline?. unfriendly government in Tehran does not prevent US from extracting talent from there or shadow boxing. All US has done is to bring Afghanistan that is much useful for Gulf Arabs. Gulf Arabs have now the skills and the Wealth to radiate there influence over the region. and this is not some thing new since you dont know much of real history let me give you some glimpse. The picture you see it is Coronation of Elizabeth II in 1953. The future King of Saudi is that Arab standing behind Japanese crown prince in first row. he was supposed to stand in front of him but than it will block the smaller person view. that courtesy was extended to Japanese because Japanese teams were visiting them before WWII and they were well received and there is reason for that you need to figure out.US came and left but:
Those were the top goals of the invasion. That constitutes a defeat.
- could not capture OBL
- could not build Enron's pipeline
- could not dismantle Taliban
- could not contain China
- could not establish a friendly government
