Just leaving this here. Because Americans are pretending they are doing EVERYTHING in Ukraine. Just EU aid is higher and that doesn't include independent donations by European nations. It also doesn't include arbitrary methods the US uses for evaluating values of weapons. For example, they adjust costs of weapons produced years ago and nobody know which formula they use.

They are courting China because China actually has a remote chance of being able to solve the mounting financial and diplomatic pressure whereas India has no chance.

I see Modi's only option now (to get reelected next year) is to fully bow down to the west, probably provoking China over the border again. The Indian media is keen to show Modi getting along with Xi for the past two years but the reality is anything but. Not only that but much of the EU financial aid is actually funds which do not need to be repaid, while US financial aid comes with interest. The US basically granted loans to Ukraine. If you also compare the military aid, I frankly do not see how the US gets to those grossly inflated numbers.

America has a much bigger military stockpile than all of the EU combined, so it's natural they give more.
I don't see why you find it hard to believe, war is expensive. If anything, the chart underestimates how much America has given. Congress sets a budget of how much aid can be given, and the US government allocates according to that. Most of it has already been bought so they can set the value of what they are sending to whatever they want without accounting for inflation. E.g. an F-16 with the 80s price of $10 million instead of the $100 or so it would actually cost.
When the time comes to refill America's stockpile, we'll see how much the war actually cost them.

Speaker of the House Anthony Rota apologized Sunday for honouring a man who fought in a Nazi unit during the Second World War.
Rota was responding to condemnation from Jewish groups and others stemming from a moment during Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit to Parliament on Friday. During the visit, Rota said the man was "a Ukrainian hero, a Canadian hero, and we thank him for all his service."
