That doesn't look like a typical car accident to me. The Audi looks fine except for the driver's side windshield. Looks more like the driver was specifically targeted.

The staff of Jinan Children Benefit Center hurry to carry the girl up and send into the center.
The first abandon baby house started operation since June 1, the Safe-Island has adopted up to 41 babies. Half of them have heavy disease such as mental retardation. (the red paper is the girl's birthday)

In most states here you can drop an infant off at a local FD no questions ask. I'm glad China also has drop off places like these. It makes me very angry when I hear stories of people discarding babies in the dumpster or toilet like some sort of trash.
