According to the Dalian spotters, two new antennas were installed today on the second Chinese aircraft carrier.

Would love to see CV-16 and CV-17 sailing together with Type 901 flanked by Type 055 CG

According to the PLA Daily, CV17 Shangdong is expected to start blue-water trials soon. Judging from Grangbin's photos below, it is likely to be the case.

@Jura you do know thats a Russian nuclear carrier that got canceled right?
And that Shipbucket.com has rights over that drawing and it got removed on it?

Yusheng from Pakdef just uploaded this outstanding pictures. I see beehive of activity They are racing to finish the sensor installation . The only major item missing is the arresting wire
I see they are in the process of installing the observation deck windshield glass, lighting etc

Maybe futur CV nuclear or not without silos ofc possible Chinese have plans.
