Seems like this drone has control surface actuators under the wing? If not, what are the bulges for?

In that case is it more of a loyal wingman type with greater maneuverability than a standard flying wing strike aircraft?

Looking at the back, it certainly looks like a mockup.
Not necessarily. It could mean absent engine. There are clearly rivets that are not necessary for a mockup.

Possible, but to my eyes the fit and finish seems below what is expected of a real airframe, especially the inside of a landing gear bay from a previous image. We'll have to see after better images come out.
It's a prototype judging by the pitot probe so maybe hand-assembled, not factory-finish.
