A peek into the cargo hold of a Y-20U tanker. You can clearly see the drogue deployment mechanism and how it connects through the opening in the fuselage. Further back into the cargo hold, I spot a round outline. I wonder... Is that the fuel tank? It could be some kind of cargo, BUT the drogue deployment mechanism would have to be dismantled first to get that thing out. So I'm leaning toward that being the fuel tank, and if so, this is the first actual image of it.

I believe he meant "seems to have no propulsion system"."seems to have no motivation"
I feel personally attacked.
I believe he meant "seems to have no propulsion system".
Because in the Chinese language, the phrase "动力" used to describe "没有动力系统" (meaning "no propulsion system" in Chinese) can also be understood as "motivation" depending on the context.
I would say the fuel tank might be able to carry around 50 tons of fuel, plus weights of other cargo/ equipment, that is close to the maximum load capacity of Y20. Y20 has a cargo cabin of 20 X 4 X 4 metres. Fuel density could be from 0.6 to 0.8 tons per metre cube.once again, tank is smaller than i thought
