If possible, could you ask any AVIC representatives what is the current status of the FC-31 program?
Oh man, can't wait to see what you can find.
I expect J-20 to make an appearance flying again, but I would be surprised if they have it in the static display. If it does indeed land at the show, it will likely be off to the side. Will be looking out for signs of development on UCAVs, any updates to FC-31, and status of JF-17 - which had a lower profile two years ago. Also, will there be a model of an aircraft carrier equipped with E-MALs? Probably not, but it would certainly be cool. Unfortunately, AVIC/CATIC not terribly friendly these days. Used to be a simple matter of chatting them up at the stand, but not anymore.
Wouldn't be surprised for more info on H-20 which was hinted early on this year.
We can certainly hope for that. A model would get a lot of attention!
The PLAAF would never release a model of a highly secretive project under any circumstances, let alone a highly publicized event like Zhuhai. At most, we can hopefully expect another H-XX teaser like the one we saw in May ...

Very, very unlikely. They might instead display some stealth UAV/UCAV models and maybe some info on hypersonic developments.
I am more interested in a more extended J-20 demo compared to 2016. Particular the turn rate so we can compare it with the J-10. A minimum radius turn would be great.
I'll be quite disappointed if they won't divulge any new info on turbofans especially WS-10IPE and WS-19. It would be great if they give us glimpses of the WS-15 but I think that is unlikely.
