Seems to have the same large "spine" than the Z-8CJ, so the purpose must be similar, which is SAR?
Do we have pictures of Z8 with folded tail and rotor ?

If you meant Z8L or Z8LJ, answer is no. Z8 or Z8J, yes.

At first glance it looked like PLA ground force's Z8L. Looked again, it is actually a design with PLAN's Z8C's folding tails and engine lay-out, combined with cabin and fuel tank similar to that of Z8L.
