Hi I think it’s a army or naval base if someone able to have a glimpse of the driver rear view mirror one can have a flash of the driver’s haircut which looks like himself belongs to armed forces

The loudspeaker on the first Z-9 is clearly visible. Its serial number seems to be WJ51906. So the fleet is attached to the Shanxi Corp.
