Not sure if it’s just shadowing, but it has a really oddly flat and boxy underside.
Makes me wonder if it’s designed to be able to do a hard landing on water and stay afloat for a little while. Which would actually make a lot of sense for the PLA given the most likely theatres these things might actually see combat in.
Such a functionality could massively increase crew survival rates if forced to ditch in the sea.

When it comes to attack helicopters, the uglier they are, the better they look.
