What is the function of the S-shaped piping running along the tail boom?

Also, is that a small radome on the underside of the fuselage?

My guess is that this is a VHS communication radio antenna. My 2 cent.

I don't think there was any discussion of it, but I did observe on the Z-20J that rear and aft facing MAWS was installed, which is something to confirm and tick off.

Given Z-20J is not merely a SAR and utility helicopter, but will also operate in the air assault role, it makes sense to have a defensive aids suite with MAWS.
