Does it look like the China Coast Guard Z-20 is fitted with radar under the chin?

Z-20T.

Surprisingly, the engine exhaust pipe was changed to exhaust upward, which would offset part of the rotor lift.
A similar change was made on the Z-10 after the engine power was increased from 957KW to 1100KW.

That is done to reduce the helicopter's IR signature against MANPADS.
