It's obvious that this chopper is missing it's engines and Rotors. we seem too be looking at the cabin nose Fuseloge and Tail. All the Automotive is presumibly at the end destination either about to be built or waiting.
Now The Tail structure is all wrong for a S70 or clone there in. and that tail wheel is still not right.

Sea Hawks have their tail wheel further forward for a good naval reason. So this thing, if it does go ahead, will not be for PLAN.
most Sea hawks have that tail wheel but the latest just dropped it and now use the same hull type.

I am going to forward a wild idea. What if this is infact a military Z15? because the Tail is attached and the Engines are missing it's sitting nose up under the Wrappings the tail wheel is infact part of a support frame too allow it to be moved around.

unless z15 differs a lot from ec175 it is based on, then this can't be z15. Tail is all wrong for it to be similar to ec175.

by the way, if this is z20 then we may see z20 progress as fast as z15 programme, even though the latter was in the limelight for several years now. the last i've read is that the chinese are redesigning the cold section of turbomeca's ardiden 3 engine. that variant, called wz16 is expected to be certified in 2015. That may mean the whole helicopter, ac352/z15 will not be certified before 2016 or so.

S60r is the asw variant, its rear landing gear is moved closer to the fuselage, as on s60b/f. latest naval variant is mh60 but it is not based on the s60 lineage of fusalge, but on uh60L. that one does have the landing gear closer to the tail. But itt is really not an asw helicopter but an utility one, slated to replace ch46.
