The most important question however again for me is: Is it a production aircraft with a serial & H-number or still a prototype?

There seems to be a censor/smudge above the cockpit, which matches the position of bort numbers in other helos Z-20J, so a serial copter?

of all the platforms we saw today, Z20F was the most interesting development.

They must have a lot of new stuff testing out for it to have already taken this long

On the rear Z-20F a faint bort number may be discernible on the cowling? Also on rear aircraft light weight torpedo with black nose on the aft pylon?

Yes, that's a LWT in that position.

We've seen Z-20F carry mockups of them in flight before (able to carry two)

===

Seeing those two Z-20Fs on Fujian is arguably more interesting than the other things shown on the commissioning ceremony.

Agree - Z-20F prototype seen previously carrying two lightweight torpedoes.
