I was referring to the pattern of the camouflage and it's possible origin. The Hithus them selves like many insurgent forces are likely not printing there own camouflage uniforms but being supplied them by a outside power or capturing them or buying them off the rack somewhere. Patterns can be like finger prints if you can figure out the identity of the pattern you can identify the maker and origin. Case in point when the Russian troops took Crimea, The Russians played dumb but we saw the pattern they wore and identified the troops as Russian army. When Dombass flared up we could see Russian military aid as the uniforms worn were commercial Russian patterns. In Miramar rebel forces were know to be getting Chinese military aid as they wore a camouflaged pattern set produced in China. The Free Syrian Army was known for Turkish military camouflage uniforms early on.

I looked back at some other Photos of the Huthis In Camo , And I think they are simply using Uniforms stolen form the Yemeni Police and Armed forces wear houses.
Now I can't ID the pattern worn by the Three guys in the photo but I do know that there is one issue this may cause for troops on all sides.
in 2013 Yemen Cloned the USMC MARPAT for it's troops uniforms, It's a fairly effective pattern for the Desert and battle proven as well. Also giving to the Pixilated fashion. Okay so? in 2009 Iran copied that same pattern for the IRGC Saberin forces.
So Saudi Arabia cloned that pattern for both there Saudi Arabian National Guard and with a second version for there Land forces and Air force at the same time the UAE adopted there own clone of the same uniform. even in broad daylight two forces clashing in the same dress is bound to cause not so Friendly fire.
