Oh well another meal of squid for me. No complaints though as the best team won. The Netherlands went out to play a disruptive game, especially van Bommel who made some artrocious challenges(see post 225) for comments I made on him and the Dutch team in general.
Now all you USA/Canada residents can look forward to the boring game, American football, whenever it starts.

The fact has shown that Spain is the champion for this world cup. However, sorry for all the gamblers who bet on Spain because it didn't win within 90 minutes.

huh, Earler you said Paul would be wrong in his last pick, so you were gonna back the Netherlands? At least I backed the netherlands for sentimental reasons although deep down i had a gut feeling that Spain would win?



NZ All Whites Shane Smeltz who scored the equaliser against Italy., signs for Chinese Club Shandong Luneng for a reputed S1million 2yr deal.

I'm very sorry to hear that. Actually I did want to bet on Spain too though I finally didn't place my bet due to unaccessible to the internet last night. I weighted Spain was much heavier than Netherlands; however, I found that both teams scored very few during the tourment so I told my friend to bet under. If he did he should win.

i wanted spain to win so i say netherlands will AND IT WORKED SPAIN SHOULD THANK ME

ewww why would anyone wanna play for a Chinese club...well Shandong is one of the few good ones i guess. the guy who scored that spectacular 3rd goal against korea and winning goal against France is in that team.

well it isnt bad to go 1:0 all the way. even though their goals were few they were really good, david villa's first goal against honduras, goal against chile, and the dramatic one against paraguay(inieta played a HUGE part in that as well which is great)...along with iniesta's cup winning goal...cant pick which one i love the most:(
