What is it?

I came across this news on the web that a tank-like object was floating near Natuna islands, Indonesia. The first picture suggests it's a main battle tank cited its shape but I just can't tell which type it is. The second photo shows its size seems too small compared to the tug boat. However, anyone with some military knowledge knows that a main battle tank can't float due to its weight. Maybe just a scaled model.

Floating tank finally come to shore. It's just a model of no real tank. Who made it and why it floats on sea? No one know yet.
