filed rebellion charges against five members of the Ampatuan clan and 10 other people in connection with the massacre. Among those charged were Maguindanao Governor Andal Ampatuan Sr. and his sons, Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao Gov. Zaldy Ampatuan, Akmad Ampatuan, Anwar Ampatuan and Datu Sajid Islam Ampatuan.
