It should be par for the course for Lenovo and other Chinese companies. I am sure they have factored in that eventuality in their decision to purchase from IBM. OTOH, I am quite surprised because Lenovo acquired only the low-end of the server business.

Regardless where you live, what do you think about this parking ticket, and compare it to your place? It's the most expensive one in Phnom Penh and they are not responsible for the loss or damage of your vehicle.

depends.. is that in USD or cambodian money? also I find it odd the ticket is mostly in English.
When I was there majority of the local populace were not too wlel verse in English.

Cambodian people have very low nationalism. Using foreign language make them feel higher class. Yes, it is US dollar. In Cambodia, you can use US dollar to buy almost everything. The smallest accepted note is $1. If you pay things smaller than $1, you'll get change in Khmer Riel. This ticket has at list one line of Khmer words. If you go to AEON mall (Japanese investment), you can't find a single Khmer character on their ticket.
