Jeff on this model did they lock the nacelles or can they pivot? and if they can pivot in the downward position would they not block forward access to the Torpedo?

The nacelles on the model do pivot.

They would not hinder access to, or launch of the torpedoes.

The props have to be rotated into the VTOL position to land or take off because the propellers are too long for the nacelles to be horizontal while sitting on deck or Tarmac. Access to the torpedo stations would not be impacted.

When in level light, the props are rotated down so the nacelles are horizontal, but gravity and the wind mean the torpedoes will drop down and away to the rear, so no problem there.
