Hmm, sorry, I really need to comment on this. There is 1 aircraft in both the pics that caught my attention. I think it is the one with the roundel on bottom left side. I think that is the F-15SG from the Republic of Singapore Air Force. They are attached to the Mountain Home Air Force Base for training.

the Tan Webbing with "black dots" is of course MILES Gear or the Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System it's used by Us forces For war games it's kind of like high end laser Tag save that the Weapons are real. they are however fitted to fire only blanks. the Tan is new as older systems were on olive drab webbing.
