So beside the touch screen, critical functions and guages have no backups on F-35 ???
There is a dedicated artificial horizon below the main display panel. So they likely have redundancy for the minimum you would need to safely land the plane I think.

That screen need to be fail proof... no backup at all for informations beside Helmet Mounted Display System
If I remember accurately, the F-35 screen is made up of two individual displays. I might be thinking of some other US fighter with "split screens" but I'm not 100% sure.

Nice if it's split in the middle, it give at least some redundacy, it's a fine line maximising the surface ! Nice article about the touch screen in 2021, don't know if problems are sorted or not.
