It is weird seeing millions dollars worth of equipments being cleaned with mops

Those are actually long handled cleaning brushes Jay, you wet them in the hot soapy water and the bristles remove caked on crud, such as oil soaked dirt that accumulates around jet fuel and other petroleum products.. the soap is an loosening agent along with the hot water, then you rinse it all off with water, sometimes with a pressure washer....

A U.S. Marine Corps CH-53E Super Stallion aircraft assigned to Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) conducts an external lift exercise during Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course 2-19 at Auxiliary Airfield II, Yuma, Arizona, April 3, 2019.
