RKLB has achieved a faster turnaround of its ELECTRON-HASTE suborbital hypersonic testing rocket, carrying another classified payload for an unknown customer. Probably same trajectory as JENNA

American GOs and FOs are generally speaking promoted on the basis of their ability to manage and administer large bureaucracies.

You don't get to be a 2 star division CG in the USMC or US Army — nevermind a 3 or 4 star — unless you've demonstrated an ability to command at the brigade/regiment, battalion/squadron, and company/troop levels already. It's actually fairly akin to how Chinese leaders are promoted: you don't get to lead at the state/party or deputy state/party level unless you've proven yourself at the provincial, prefectural, county and township levels first (unless maybe if you're Wang Huning).

The illustrious Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has never so much as commanded even at the company or troop level (~100-150 pax).

So you can just imagine the amount of cringe a bunch of GOs and FOs with ~30-40 years of TIS and tens of thousands of servicemembers under their commands are feeling after being lectured on "warrior ethos" by a sycophantic TV show host who've never led a formation larger than a platoon.
