"Friends" does not appear to include Raytheon:

I do wonder if the US will attempt to restrict stock buybacks for defense companies? This is something they have been harping on for a while now. From some quick reading, buybacks were a legal grey area until the law was clarified in 1982. Some people have argued that prior to buybacks being formalized, companies were better at investing in employees and capital, while others have argued buybacks are red herring for other problems.

Hi,
it seems Russian navy including, FSB & Naval intelligence were or still sleeping
after taking out whole bottle of sleeping pills how come you trying to bypass
USNavy and you don’t have your cruisers or ships to protect your asset or they been
trapped by USA to bypass them with their flag hosted on the ship and USA will think
it’s a super power let them sail without any Qs.just a eyewash to send Russian back up
already too late and the Russian credibility too around the shipping lanes
thank you
