The problem now is that we don't know if the Navy has even initiated a formal investigation into other causes for the fire, since the bulk of their investigative efforts had been focused on a one-man arson operation, based entirely on circumstantial evidence provided by a single corroborating witness, who "agreed" to testify because he was getting harassed by NCIS, who still couldn't keep his story straight throughout the trial.Then whoever purchased faulty batteries and people who failed to check it should be held accountable. If they let people off the hook then what’s there to stop similar things from happening in the future?
